Project: an app for patients with chronic kidney disease
patientMpower will develop a mobile application to advise patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) of phosphate and potassium levels in their food and help them make informed food choices. The application will be assessed in dialysis patients in two healthcare settings (public hospital & private commercial provider) to evaluate qualitative and quantitative benefits.
